Introducing our pets to our babies is always a sweet experience, especially when the two bond right away. Raising the Conrad Fam recently shared a TikTok video of their 5-month-old baby girl meeting a tiny 3-day-old lamb for the first time, and it’s melting hearts everywhere.
Make sure your sound is on when you watch this one because the baby’s squeals of delight over her new friend are absolutely precious. The two seem instantly smitten with each other, and when the lamb moves away, the baby immediately rolls right back toward him, clearly determined to stay close to her new buddy!
Our hearts can’t take all of this cuteness! We hope the Conrad Fam shares more videos of these two together because they’re absolutely adorable!

Sweet Reactions to the Baby and Little Lamb’s New Friendship
While the video didn’t get many comments on TikTok, it got hundreds on Instagram. Everybody was in total agreement that the baby and the lamb’s first encounter was cuteness overload. Our favorite comment came from @neo_nomad_dxb, who pointed out, “Both trying to eat each other LOL!”
We laughed at a few other observations, too. @maudib_2077 joked about what the lamb might have been thinking, “You still can’t stand up, let alone walk, at 5 months? Skill issues, man.” @bluejayshay8 shared this sweet comment, “Were you just born? I was just born! Omg.”
@babooskalang wondered, “Where is the mother of the lamb?” Conrad Fam replied, “With her flock. She birthed twins and then abandoned one. Very common, unfortunately. So we are bottle feeding her.”
There were also some funny comments about people questioning whether it was a lamb or a goat because Conrad Fam kept referring to it as a lamb. @bjwatt07 asked, “Can you show the mama, looks like a baby goat; we used to raise them.”
The Conrad Fam replied, “Mama is in a friend’s herd. We are helping him by bottle feeding the lamb.” Baby goats and baby sheep do look similar, and we’re guessing the Conrads know that they’ve got a lamb and not a kid!
