If you have been feeling a bit unmotivated lately, allow this surfing dachshund to inspire you and prove that anything is possible with a bit of effort and self-confidence. A viral TikTok shared by @nobaddiesnoporshe shows a sweet dachshund surfing in Australia. And honestly, this might be the chillest dachshund I’ve ever seen. A truly unbothered king. You gotta love it. I hope to be as chill and as talented as he is one day.
In the short but very impressive clip, we see a dachshund standing upright on a surfboard, riding a wave into the shore.
He stands perfectly still, keeping his balance and clearly enjoying the ride. I can barely walk in a straight line, and here is a dachshund literally surfing! It might be time to reevaluate my entire life and the choices I’ve made up until this point.

TikTok can’t get over this incredibly talented, very chill dachshund. The video currently has over 11 million views, 2.7 million likes and 2,871 comments.
In one comment, the dog parent of the dachshund even commented, claiming the dog as their fur baby, to which Paula replied and said, “Tell her I’m her biggest fan.”
In other comments, the dachshund’s paw parent also shared how the talented pup learned how to hang loose. Apparently, they used to have surfboards in their pool at home that the pup would jump on, so one day they decided to see if the doggie could stand on actual waves. Well, the answer was yes.
Other commenters expressed their enjoyment at the delightful video.
“This really speaks to me,” said one person.
“I aspire to be this unbothered,” someone else commented.
“I would genuinely start tearing up if I witnessed this,” exclaimed a third.
Definitely watch this short but sweet clip of the surfing dachshund if you need a reason to smile today. This will definitely do the trick.
