Every year, there is always at least one pet who fully inserts themselves into the holiday chaos like they are part of the tradition, and this time, the honor goes to a very determined Tuxedo cat. In the funny clip, the indoor nativity scene is perfectly arranged with all the classic figures in place. Then suddenly, here comes this black-and-white cat stepping into the display with so much confidence, it’s like he thinks he has a speaking role. He sits right in the center, takes a long look around, and settles in like, yep, this is where I belong.
The best part is how unfazed he looks. He is not being sneaky. He is not being shy. He is simply adding himself to the holiday tableau, like it’s the most natural thing in the world. He sort of looks like he is posing for a Christmas card. It is dramatic. It is hilarious. It is peak cat behavior. And honestly, it does kind of feel like he is the Christmas miracle no one ordered but everyone needed.
@pattylinnell shared the cute TikTok video, and if this kitty, along with the Nat King Cole song, doesn’t get you in the holiday spirit, I’m not sure what will!
One person had a kitty who also loved the nativity set and commented, “My cat took the baby Jesus from the manger and played hockey with him on the kitchen floor.”

Another person made a valid point with, “He was born in a stable, chances are there was at least one cat.” Someone else replied, “Gold, frankincense, and purrrrrr.”
It’s hard to get mad at this cute cat; he just thinks he’s the reason for the season!
How To Keep Your Kitty Safe Around Holiday Decorations
Holiday decor may look beautiful, but it can also be trouble for curious cats. Always keep lit candles far out of reach because even one swish of a tail can cause burns or fires. Poinsettias are mildly toxic, while lilies, holly, and mistletoe can be extremely dangerous, so keep all plants, either fake or real, safely tucked away. Ribbons and tinsel should never be left where kitties can chew on them because they can cause dangerous intestinal blockages. Glass ornaments can shatter if batted off the tree, so place fragile items higher up and keep soft ornaments near the bottom.
Securely anchor the Christmas tree so it can’t tip if your cat decides to climb it. And if your feline loves exploring like the Tuxedo star of this video, consider checking decorations daily to make sure nothing has been chewed, knocked loose, or played with behind your back.
