A TikTok-famous Chihuahua shares my love of nuggets and is going viral on social media after mom shared a video of what happens to this precious pup when the very mention of the words chicken nuggets is uttered.

A Nugget-Loving Chihuahua Goes Viral

In the adorable and oh-so-relatable video, Chiquita, an Orlando, Florida-based Chihuahua, can be seen riding in the car with mom. When mom says the word “chicken nugget,” tremors set in, and Chiquita can barely contain herself. Quivering with anticipation, this pup clearly knows what’s in store for her.

Social media commenters speculate if the nugget-loving pup is “about to burst” or “yearning.” I say yes to both. Like mom says in the caption, this pup has one thing on her mind: chicken nuggets.

Worried what Chiquita’s doctor would say about her love for nuggets? Experts say it’s okay for a pup to have a small piece of a nugget, but generally they’re not ideal for dogs due to the high fat content and spices like onion and garlic, which are harmful to dogs and can lead to an upset stomach.

If you are going to treat your favorite furry friend to a nugget, make sure it’s unseasoned and try to avoid serving your pup anything fried. As good as it tastes, it’s not particularly good for your dog. Just don’t tell Chiquita. We’d hate to break her heart.
