Who needs a swimming pool or a waterpark when you have the mud on a rainy day? These baby elephants absolutely could not have a better time if they tried! They just love running, stomping, splashing, and running around in the mud without a care in the world, which is as it should be.

It may be a rainy day, but that doesn’t mean these precious little elephant babies aren’t creating their own sunshine with how joyously they play together in the mud.

While they probably could be pretty happy splashing around on their own, we think that this video shows that everything is more fun with a friend. After all, if you’re going to splash around in the mud like this, why wouldn’t you want to do it with your mud buddy?
