However, after he sniffed the cat, he ran backward like he was scared of her. In the beginning, their interactions felt awkward. The dog was not ready to interact with the kitten, and would only sniff him from afar.
But as the video shows, they quickly became best friends. Yes, it took them a few years, but now they both live happily in the same household.
Over time, they warmed up to each other and began acting less like strangers and more like roommates.
