What is cuter than a dog who loves stuffed monster trucks? Nothing, the answer is nothing. Chester the Golden Retriever discovered a toy truck and knew he needed one to call his own. “The internet demanded Chester get his own monster truck, so here we are. The way he refuses to leave… my heart,” the caption explains.

The clip shows Chester going on his walk not knowing that he was going to stumble upon his new favorite stuffie. First he sniffs a rock and then gets a whiff or the mother lode. Of course, this is a monster truck just for Chester. He doesn’t know for certain that it belongs to him, but after an assurance from his mama, this buddy dives in and claims it as his own. By that, we mean he rips off the tag right away and then cuddles up with it.

It seems like the entire internet was rooting for Chester to get a plaything of his very own. “Thank you for buying Chester his own truck. He is so pleased with it. Made my day,” @Steph E remarked. @marinagky added, “Omg!! My heart is exploding. He’s so happy.” Everyone certainly showed him the love. We particularly agreed with this comment from @Valisha Gordon “The cutest thing I’ve seen all day.”

The Backstory on Chester and the Monster Trucks

It all started on a walk just like any other. But this particular day, Chester found a little toy truck. Unfortunately for the buddy, Mom said he couldn’t take it because it belonged to someone. While his pet parent was certain it wasn’t his, top commenter disagreed, “As a non-board certified attorney, I can definitely say with 100% certainty that that is his toy. In the case, finders versus keepers, the court ruled in favor of finders.” If only it were that easy.

In a follow up, Part 2 of the series, Chester and a friend searched for the truck later, but couldn’t find it. However, this latest installment, Part 3, gave us the conclusion we were all hoping for. Now Chester has his very own monster truck!
