TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Wanting to give your pet a bath without the mess in your home? A new self-serve pet wash station is opening on the north end of Terre Haute.
All Paws of the Wabash Valley is open 24/7 and is located at 5715 North Clinton Street. Each wash costs $15 for 20 minutes, or you can sign up for a monthly membership through the app. The station provides several different shampoos to choose from, a blow dryer, vacuum, and there’s also a treat dispenser. Towels are not provided, and it is digital pay-only.
Owners of this station will be having a grand opening on Saturday, November 8, and will be offering free washes from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“There’s a need for self-service dog wash because a lot of times people just need to wash their dogs and don’t need the mess in their house, or don’t want it, or they’re not able to get them in the tub. We’re trying to do something for the community and hopefully, people respect the area and take care of it. It’s nice for everybody to use to take care of their fur babies,” said Co-Owner Julia Spencer.
Owners also say they will be visiting the station every day to keep it clean and ask that you pick up after your pets.
