Sometimes, dogs are too smart for their own good. No matter how hard pet parents try to train them, pups can often find loopholes that you wouldn’t expect them to find. While this often leads to plenty of mischief, it also results in hilarious situations like the one Alba’s human found herself in.
Alba, a ferocious cocker spaniel, was busy taking an unofficial and fun mud bath underneath a bench when her human began yelling to get out from underneath the sludge. Unfortunately for Alba’s human, that’s not a command this clever cocker spaniel has ever heard. The result? Probably plenty of disappointment for Alba’s mom and a thorough bath for Alba later that day.

Viewers React to Alba’s Hilarious Mud Bath Adventure
Alba is a mischievous pup, and that often means plenty of headaches for her human. Her latest trek landed her in hot water when she found herself in a nice mud puddle underneath a park bench. Unable to resist such luxury, Alba dove right in and made sure not to miss a spot of her fur. At one point, she even dug down deep to make sure she was completely covered in mud from head to paw.

In the overlay text, it’s clear that Alba’s mom tried very hard and sternly to get her out of the mess. According to Alba, “When Mom is yelling at someone called ‘getoutofthererightnow’ but my name is literally Alba.” In the caption, Alba doubled down with “Geesh! Let me tell you I wouldn’t want to be that person! Mom looked pissed!” If we are being technical, it does sound like Alba’s mom never actually called her by name, so the cocker spaniel should be in the clear, right?
In the comment sections, users were having the best day watching this cocker spaniel drench herself in the mud, especially since she will probably have to take a bath later. As most of us know, the bathtub is not a friend for most pups. “Dogs love muddy water, yet are terrified of clean, soapy water,” joked one user. Another commenter added, “Alba getting her own back for you not letting her ears drag in her food and water bowls.”
While we aren’t sure how much trouble Alba got into at the end, we do know her day probably ended with plenty of dog shampoo and water.
