It’s such a relief that this dog dad and his Belgian Malinois stopped to help this tiny angel. She was clearly lost and scared, but by the end of the day, she was warm and safe. Her rescuers bathed her, fed her, and introduced her to her new foster siblings, but one big question still remained: What will happen to her now?

As much as everyone wanted this stray sweetheart to stay with her rescue family, her true family reached out a few days after she was rescued. Now she’s truly on her way home! This may be a bittersweet ending for the fans who were hoping she was already home, but there’s no doubt her worried family is overjoyed to see her again.
Bringing lost dogs home is always magical, but it can also be a difficult goodbye for someone like this dog dad, who fell in love while saving a life. In the end, he did the right thing not once, but twice, and he’s this dog’s true hero. Thanks for looking out for her!
