You when you just need a snack? It’s not Loof’s fault that he was getting a little hangry. He wanted a cookie! The Golden Retriever was really throwing a fit when Mom wouldn’t give him a treat. And the temper tantrum the dog threw has people cracking up online.
Okay, okay! We think someone’s feeling a little testy. The Golden Retriever definitely had something to say in the clip and he wasn’t holding back.
It’s usually humans that offer their pups a treat, but Loof was demanding it. The dog hadn’t had a cookie in too darn long! And he was going to bother his mama until she got the picture and offered her pup one of the treats.

The Golden Retriever was causing quite the scene in the video his mama shared. He was pawing at the fridge and everything — the dog was ready to throw a fit!
“Give me a cookie! Give me a cookie!” the Golden seemed to demand. He wasn’t going to stop.
“Excuse me,” his mom said to the pup in the clip.
People in the comments section couldn’t stop laughing. And they were on Loof’s side too!
“The greed they talk about in the Bible,” one person joked.
“Mine did this when he wanted an ice cube,” chimed in another person.
“Please tell me that good boy got a cookie,” begged another commenter.
“You give that pretty baby a cookie or I’m contacting the authorities,” one person threatened.
Fruits and Vegetables That Dogs Can Eat
For the most part, dogs shouldn’t eat cookies unless they’re dog safe. But any human cookies should be avoided, as they can have ingredients that are toxic to dogs. You know what’s not toxic to dogs? Many fruits and vegetables. Here is a list of the fruits and veggies that are safe for you pup to eat.
Apples, bananas, blueberries, cantaloupe, cranberries, and cucumbers are all dog safe. As are mangos, oranges, peaches, pears, pineapples, pumpkin, raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, broccoli, and carrots.
There are certain fruits and veggies to be avoided, like avocado, cherries, grapes, and tomatoes. And never feed your dog Asparagus, mushrooms, or onions. If you have any questions, ask your vet! They’ll give you all the details on what’s safe for your pup!
